- Auftragsbearbeitung von der Angebotserstellung über die Auftragserfassung bis hin zur Fakturierung und Auslieferung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Logistik
- Betreuung nationaler und internationaler Kunden am Telefon, per E-Mail und Chat
- Aktive Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter im Vertriebsaußendienst
- Bearbeitung von Rücksendungen und Reklamationen
- System- und Datenpflege

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
- Selbstständige, zuverlässige und präzise Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägtes Servicebewusstsein
- Freude an der Kommunikation mit Kunden und der Arbeit im Team
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Handhabung einer Warenwirtschaftssoftware, optimalerweise mit Sage 100
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
